1. Who we are

This website, reti-core.com (the “Website”), is operated by Reticore (“Reticore”, “we”, “us”), a software engineering company based in Ukraine. Reticore is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@reti-core.com.

2. The short version

The Website is a static informational page. It has no user accounts and no comment sections, and, at the time of this policy, no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not set cookies. The personal data we process is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email, plus the technical logs inherent to serving a website.

3. What we collect and why

3.1 Contact form and email correspondence

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter; the form is delivered to our inbox through Resend, our transactional email provider. If you email us directly — for example at hello@reti-core.com — we receive your email address, anything you include in the message, and standard email metadata. In both cases we use the data to respond to you, to prepare and deliver the work you ask about, and to keep a record of our correspondence. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you contact us about a project, the steps necessary to enter into a contract.

3.2 Technical and hosting data

The Website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. as our hosting and content-delivery provider. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data about requests — such as IP address, user-agent, and requested URL — to deliver the site, cache content, and protect it against abuse and denial-of-service attacks. We do not use this data to identify visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a fast, secure website. Cloudflare’s own practices are described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

3.3 Theme preference (local storage)

The Website stores a single value in your browser’s local storage (reticore-theme) to remember whether you prefer the light or dark theme. This value never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or anyone else, and is not used for tracking. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

4. Cookies

We do not set cookies, and we do not use analytics, advertising, remarketing, or social-media trackers. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Data is processed by the service providers we rely on to operate: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Resend (delivery of contact-form messages), and our email provider (correspondence). We may disclose data where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

The Website is delivered from Cloudflare’s global network, so technical data may be processed outside your country. Where data protection law applies to such transfers, we rely on recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses implemented by our providers.

7. Retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the matter it concerns, and afterwards only as needed for legitimate business records or legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to Cloudflare’s standard settings.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you; to object to or restrict its processing; to receive it in a portable format; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@reti-core.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

The Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

10. Third-party links

The Website may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; check their policies before providing them any data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page. Material changes will be visible here before they take effect.
