ExciseTrace
A complete factory system for eExcise of Ukraine.
ExciseTrace connects a production line to the state eExcise system as one circuit: cameras read every unit at conveyor speed while the system tracks marks from ordering to shipment. It runs on live production lines every day.
What the system does
- Reads the DataMatrix code of every unit at line speed — with cameras, no handheld scanning.
- Verifies application right after printing: an unreadable or duplicated code never enters circulation.
- Aggregates units into group packaging (UGI): cases and pallets get their codes directly on the line.
- Activates marks in eExcise within the paid excise balance — per shift or batch.
- Produces excise electronic documents (AED) for shipments, including transfers between own warehouses.
- Runs autonomously through state-system outages: buffers events and redelivers them after recovery, without stopping the line.
- Keeps a complete operations log fit for reconciliations and inspections.
